Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga

Kum Nye is Life…

This yoga was developed by Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche, an incredible teacher who has devoted his life to the enlightenment of all beings. He published his first Kum Nye book in 1978 and now teachers are being trained all over the world to share this beautiful practice that will expand your heart and mind. Relaxation is the key method for healing in Kum Nye, it allows negative habitual patterns to dissolve and the wisdom of your body and mind to connect and create. You can benefit from a once a week practice or you may choose to take on a more intensive relationship with Kum Nye. For me, Kum Nye is life, I experience through the eyes of Kum Nye, which is an energy and wisdom of its own. This practice involves movements, postures, massages, breathwork, and meditation that will deepen your relationship with your body and the world around you.
