This video is the first in a series of five Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga for Anxiety classes that will be released this summer. This class focuses on healing one of the initial causes of anxiety which is the experience of being separate from the body, other people, and the world around you. You will be instructed in movements, postures, breathwork, and meditation to heal connections that have been wounded.
This class focuses on healing chronic tension held in the body and mind so that energetic blockages are released and a sort of openness is created. In this openness, we focus on allowing energy to flow in a way that is nourishing and relieving of anxiety. We then start to feel within ourselves for joy and contentment.
